After the disastrous decision from Mistik North to not heed Police Department warnings and deny certain residents service to discounted “Summerween” goods, we are issuing the following statement.
If a figure in a black robe and eyeless mask is seen on your property, tapping on your windows and wailing, please do not panic. This is not an escaped convict, or a serial killer, or the demon known as “Mister Scareyman” as your children may attempt to lead you to believe. Please report the sighting quietly and discreetly. Do not attempt to reason with the suspect or attempt to give chase. Stay in your own home with the curtains open and the windows locked. Make it clear you know he is there and are choosing to ignore him, and hope he does not get bored of it until authorities arrive.
